Return Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your order please visit our Contact page and email us requesting an RMA form to begin the product return process. Returned items must be returned in their original shipping containers and/or packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders. All products are shipped via UPS ground shipping. Products usually arrive 7 - 10 business days after being ordered. If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and let you know when we expect to be able to ship you the item. At this point you will be able to cancel the order for a full refund if you desire.
